Due to the global outbreak COVID-19, BittCom is monitoring all guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and following the guidelines and coordinating our efforts within this situation.

We must remain united, even if distant, to go through this unusual moment.

The health and safety of our distributors, employees and customers is our priority, so some care has been taken by the company. We have intensified the cleaning of areas with the highest flow of people and most touched surfaces and we ask everyone to follow the guidelines below.

• Wash your hands with soap and water several times a day for at least 20 seconds with each wash or clean with 70% gel alcohol. Always wash between the fingers, palm and back of the hands, under the nails, the wrist and even the elbow.
• Avoid physical contact with people and keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.
• When coughing or sneezing, cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or your arm, never use your hands.
• Avoid crowds of people and keep environments ventilated.
• Do not share personal items such as cutlery, towels, plates and glasses.
• It is also important to sanitize the most intensely used objects, such as cell phones, mouse, keyboard, keys and door handles.

The situation worries businesses around the world, so some actions will be implemented during this period so that we can continue to serve our customers and employees in the best possible way.
